Everything looks good except Casey Afflec. For some reason he looks too scrawny to be Kenzie. But maybe that's just because I picture Dennis Lehane as Kenzie.
I had my doubts when I heard about the casting. And yes, Casey Affleck is scrawnier than I imagined Kenzie. But it might just work.
Not a lot of Gennaro in this trailer. It's Michelle Monaghan, fer cryin' out loud! But I'm hearing good things.
The people I have talked to that have seen the film (albeit a rough version) said it is fantastic.
I have repeatedly heard that this will make folks look at Casey differently.
eh...jury's out on this one I think. I'll watch it, of course, but the trailer seemed somehow off pacing-wise.
We'll see. It'll get a watch on DVD, and that'll be for Michael K. Williams. Otherwise... I'm not a big Lehane fan, so it's no biggie to me if it's shite or not.
